The Kleinschmidt Residence is a new construction single family residence with a modern design located in New Orleans.

A modern design for a young couple and their children. The design focused around creating large, open living space with plenty of natural light and access to the outdoors. The goal of the design was to provide easy access to all shared living spaces while maintaining privacy for each individual bedroom. Service spaces, such as the mud room, pantry, and utility room, are tucked off to the side of the main living spaces. The site overlooks a levee to the east.
