30/90 Bar is a new construction project located on Frenchman Street in downtown New Orleans.

The design of this project was driven by the desire to design and construct a building which would blend into the spirit of the Marigny Neighborhood. The building is 11,989 sf total and has an interior courtyard space. The first and second floors include a kitchen, dining area, a holding bar, and a balcony. The third floor has three private condominiums with access to a private balcony facing the lively Frenchman Street.
