Hoffman Triangle lll consists of 15 single family residences. For this project, ClS Architects worked closely with the Louisiana Housing Finance Agency (LHFA) under the Housing Trust Fund Projects program, Energy Star, Louisiana Home Energy Rebate Option (HERO), and Enterprise Green Communities. The project is located at the intersection of Washington Avenue and South Prieur Street. Associated Neighborhood Development and ClS Architects have now completed Hoffman Triangle l, ll and lll, which brings a total of 35 single family residences to the area.
