“I don’t think it’s an important issue with an architect whether his style conforms to the style that the client has in their mind. What I think is most important is that the architect can understand what the client is asking, the communication between client and architect is open and therefore I can deliver a project that is far beyond the owners’ ideas or wishes or conception.”

What type of team size is most beneficial for the design process?

“Our firm has 4 architects and 2 interior designers. We’re considered a small firm in the world of architecture, however I think on a residential size and even small commercial buildings an owner should be looking for that small group of people. I think there’s a closer communication with the owner of the firm and the staff and you get a quicker turn around and a quicker response from our team.
