Irish Museum

The Irish Museum is a new construction project located in the Vieux Carré district of New Orleans.

The design of the Irish Museum called for a museum space to display historical artifacts and multi-functional rental spaces for events such as corporate meetings, weddings, and traveling exhibitions. Much thought and research was put into the building’s functional and aesthetic design in order to stay true to the existing context of the French Quarter. A small one-story museum is located toward the front of the property and is used to display information and history about the museum. Meeting room spaces were designed towards the back of the site to work in conjunction with the open courtyard space. Meeting rooms house multi-media equipment for corporate events and for local chapter meetings. This project was completed in 2012.
