Lanier & Associates is an engineering firm that has resided on Magazine Street for over 20 years, occupying both adjacent properties east of the new building site. The building’s design was inspired by the New Orleans camelback; the building is a two-story structure with a third floor on the rear half of the building. The building features large storefront glass along Magazine Street in order to encourage interaction between the public and the business functions of the building. The building features both private offices and open workspaces as well as a large conference room on the second floor that spans the width of the building and faces Magazine Street.
