The design for this development was inspired by the desire to fit into the existing landscape of Metairie Road. With the site being part of a new overlay district, CPZ-PED, which promotes walkability, the project was designed to have large storefront glass and outdoor patio spaces for dining outdoors. Building 1 holds 4 tenant spaces, 2 retail and 2 restaurant; while Building 2 has 3 tenants, 1 restaurant and 2 retail on the first floor and a single tenant office space on the second floor.
