The design of this residence was driven by the need for an accessible home for our client. This was achieved through the design of open living areas, ample sized bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom equipped with roll-in showers. The home features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one half bath on the first floor and a second story suite with a bedroom, full bathroom, kitchenette and living space. The main living area is an open floor plan which maximizes views of the side and rear yard through windows and glass doors which lead to a large covered brick patio used for entertaining.
